We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to work at our client’s company, spearheading marketing programs for third-party grocery merchants on a leading online marketplace. This role is ideal for proactive individuals adept at creating engaging shopping experiences and improving merchant performance through strategic marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage comprehensive marketing programs, including strategic placements on the marketplace platform and targeted email campaigns.
- Develop and implement best-in-class shopping experiences for customers and merchant partners, managing storefront merchandising, coordinating promotion execution, and owning various events.
- Craft compelling presentations and materials for merchants that effectively communicate marketing strategies and outcomes.
- Assist with merchant onboarding and the setup of online storefronts to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the platform.
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance marketing campaigns and merchant performance.
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects that require collaboration across multiple functions within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficient in communication and presentation, capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, technologically evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35-$42 to an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
