I've noticed that many days I resemble a shockingly organized headless chicken - and I love it! Creative staffing is one of the most energizing industries you can work in. I see design and development as integral parts of business strategy and love connecting my clients with talent who deliver unique design solutions as well as efficient development support.
My clients include design firms, retail, entertainment and health care companies in the San Francisco bay area. Positions with my clients tend to be good for talent who are open to flexible working relationships and quick turn around projects, however I also get long term contract roles from time to time. I have built great working relationships with all my clients and they trust me to know exactly the type of person that will fit well in their creative or marketing team and exceed expectations.
I most often place mid-senior level Visual/Interactive Designers as well as Front end developers (HTML/CSS, Ajax, JQuery). If you've got Actionscript or Flex, we've definitely got work for you. Personally, I love chatting with anyone who has strong knowledge of the newest opensource platforms, augmented reality or has worked on the latest mobile applications.
