• Bachelor of Arts degree from a four-year college or university in Graphic Design; or two to four years related experience including participating in the creative execution of large scaled projects for an established, heavily trafficked, consumer facing Web site; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of typography, page/screen layout, composition and color theory.
• HTML, CSS, TOP NOTCH PHOTOSHOP
• Broad understanding of the Web and associated technologies and proficiency with a range of appropriate software tools.
• Professional experience collaborating in a team environment on large-scale Web site development projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of service orientation.
• Desire and ability to thrive in fast-paced, growing, dynamic environment.
• Thorough understanding of best practices in Web design and user interface/information architecture conventions.
