Content Manager

The Content Manager role will be responsible for updating and creating content based on varying levels of instruction from a Content Analyst. The role requires an extensive understanding of content management principles & electronic performance support so that content is structured appropriately to meet the needs of a diverse group of call center support agents. This person will have a strong writing background, keen attention to detail and will be able to apply established styles and standards to content. This person will be able to work in a time-sensitive environment and be flexible as schedules and process needs change as well as have the ability to work independently and as part of a group.

Responsibilities include:

• Author content according to instruction from Content Analyst and established standards
• Identify content gaps and solve through research
• Manage workload appropriately; efficiently service multiple requests
• Keep Content Analyst informed of capacity status

Basic Qualifications:

Our client is seeking a Senior Interactive Art Director with user-centered design expertise. Design user interfaces using Photoshop and Illustrator and hand them off for coding.

• Create mockups and other visual representations to help determine the best approach for satisfying a set of requirements and use cases
• Build the HTML and CSS based on the mockups and work with developers on integrating the dynamic features and content into web pages and components for a rich, engaging, user-centered experience
• Work with product management, front-end developers and support staff to plan, develop, and incorporate visual design into functional web pages and related projects by their scheduled deadlines
• Participate in the full lifecycle of development from conception, analysis, design, implementation and testing

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Minimum of three years of experience performing a role similar to the essential functions of this job description
• An online portfolio demonstrating a strong visual and conceptual design sense and a superior understanding of current coding practices, typography, color, and layout
• Minimum of three years experience with web standards, usability, and accessibility principles

May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

assist us in designing and re-designing several web sites. Candidates
must be able to think in terms of the end user experience and create
designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and engaging.

Duties include: Creating page layouts, mockups and user flows,
formatting HTML mail, mapping, logo creation, etc. Job description

UX Visual Designer

* Uses knowledge and experiences to add value to the creative design phases of a releasing product or feature

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

* Excellent knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator/Flash, Icon creation software, and production methods); master knowledge of either PhotoShop or AI/Flash and working knowledge of both required. Icon design programs and advanced dynamic production is preferred)
* Strong knowledge of typography and application of color theory (internationalization/localization methodologies preferred)

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)

* BA/BS or AA/AS or equivalent certifications in Graphic, Visual, or Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience is required. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education
* Solid design portfolio from past successful design projects or jobs
* Experience doing professional design work (creative design, advertising, web design, animation, or equivalent) preferred
* Experience designing for mobile devices, enterprise software or consumer products preferred
